Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a carbohydrate fuel for endurance sport based on Hydrogel Technology. It contains 120 grams of carbohydrates when combined with 200 ml of water. A different hydrogel fueling format with a texture thicker than Drink Mix and looser than the Gel — Gel Mix 480 can be adjusted to personal taste by combining with Additions.
Designed for fueling with Gel Mix Flask 350 ml to carry in a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket — equipped with a SpeedFill™ cap for fast refills and a bite valve to consume easily
Maurten Gel Mix 480 is pH-sensitive. It behaves like Drink Mix, becoming a true gel in the acidity of the stomach. This change encapsulates the carbohydrates, carrying them through the stomach to be absorbed, making fueling for sports easier.
